NRBC BOARD OF DIRECTOR OPEN POSITIONS

Volunteer Director: The Volunteer Director is responsible to recommend and enforce volunteer hour requirements and penalties for non-compliance for families with players in the baseball program. Changes to established volunteer requirements will require voting and board approval for changes. Responsible for setup and execution of DIBS volunteer management on the website. Coordinate volunteer DIBS for Community Baseball Night, Baseball Weekend in New Richmond, eligible tournaments and game night concessions/field prep/scoreboard/ setup/cleanup and other NRBC functions. They will co-chair the Baseball Operations and Administration Committee and be responsible for all duties as assigned.

NRBC Coordinator Role Positions are a one year commitment.

Coach Pitch Coordinator
- Responsible for the Coach Pitch program activities throughout the summer. Onsite representative to support parents and coaches throughout the season. Provides input into the program and In-House Director to improve the program and experience for our youngest players. This is considered a progressive role that as your players move up in the program, you could advance as a coordinator to the next level.

Machine Pitch Coordinator - Responsible for the Machine Pitch program activities throughout the summer. Onsite representative to support parents and coaches throughout the season. Provides input into the program and In-House Director to improve the program and experience for our youngest players. This is considered a progressive role that as your players move up in the program, you could advance as a coordinator to the next level.

Minor League Coordinator – Responsible for the Minor League program activities throughout the summer. Onsite representative to support parents and coaches throughout the season. Provides input into the program and In-House Director to improve the program and experience for our older players. This is considered a progressive role that as your players move up in the program, you could advance as a coordinator to the next level.

Website Administrator – Responsible for website administration throughout the year that includes management of seasons, rostering teams, page updates, calendars, etc. All website administration is point & click so no technical code expertise is required.

Concessions Coordinator 3 - Collaborates with the Concessions Director on inventory control for all upcoming tournament weekends for in the in-house program and travel team programs. Communicates to the Volunteer Director on concessions management for DIBS shifts worked and ensures that the concessions is kept clean.

DIBS Volunteer Coordinator – responsible for all online DIBS management to create, modify and complete all DIBS shifts throughout the baseball season. Collaborates with the Volunteer Director to manage the volunteer requirements, provides input into the process to improve it and also collaborates with families that have questions regarding their DIBS requirements.
 
Fundraising Tournament Coordinator – Responsible for partnering with the Fundraising director on activities within the community to secure business sponsorships surrounding our tournament weekends for the travel program and in-house program. The fundraising efforts would assist with financial assistance for the Dugout Club (baseball scholarships), equipment expenses, field/light/water expenses, and community project improvements.
 
Fundraising Community Coordinator – Responsible for partnering with the Fundraising director on activities within the community to secure business sponsorships that assist the NRBC program with financial assistance for the Dugout Club (baseball scholarships), equipment expenses, field/light/water expenses, and community project improvements.
